By accessing or using the Omniscient Negotiator platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free demo users, paid subscribers, and enterprise clients.
2. Description of Service
Omniscient Negotiator is an AI-powered negotiation coaching platform that provides tactical analysis, document review, real-time coaching, and educational content. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and coaching purposes only. Nothing provided by the platform constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. User Accounts and Tiers
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Access to features is governed by your subscription tier: Free Demo, One-Shot Deal ($49.99, 72-hour access), Master Negotiator ($29.99/month or $249.99/year), and Enterprise ($99.99/user/month). Tier access is activated upon successful payment processing.
4. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-Shot Deal purchases are non-refundable once the 72-hour access period has begun. Monthly and annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time. Enterprise billing is invoiced monthly per seat.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems, to share your account credentials with others, or to use the service to facilitate fraud, coercion, or illegal negotiation tactics. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The AI coaching, analysis, and recommendations provided by Omniscient Negotiator are generated by large language models and are intended as strategic guidance only. The platform does not guarantee any specific negotiation outcome. Users are solely responsible for their negotiation decisions and any consequences thereof. Always consult qualified legal or financial professionals for high-stakes transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, AI models, and software are the intellectual property of Omniscient Negotiator and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omniscient Negotiator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
