Your information is used to provide The Omniscient Negotiator service (a product of Operational Excellence Advisors), process payments, send service-related communications, and improve the AI models that power our coaching engine. We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Document and Negotiation Data
Documents and negotiation content you upload or enter are processed by our AI engine to provide analysis. This content is stored securely and associated with your account. You may delete your data at any time by contacting support. We do not use your negotiation content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card numbers or CVV codes. We retain only the Stripe customer ID and subscription identifiers necessary to manage your account.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
